Y.E.S. SUMMER SERIES

Join us for our special Summer Series Athletic Strength & Conditioning Sessions.  Our program is designed to help youth athletes or aspiring athletes’ condition in preparation for upcoming sports or extracurricular activities by combining strength and cardio endurance.

Youth EXERCISE & STRENGTH PROGRAM

Our Mission

Creating a fun environment for youth to fall in love with strength and exercise from an early age, without burnout, by aligning strength, games, and metabolic conditioning.


The YES program introduces foundational strength training, bodyweight exercise, and functional fitness in a way that is age-appropriate and engaging. 

Professional Equipment & Proper Use

Fit & Well features professional, effective equipment athletes use in their training. The equipment ranges from the Rowerg, Skierg, Barbells and Barbell racks, large soft jump boxes, turf for sled pulls and pushes etc. 

What's even more important is that our coaching teaches proper form early on to lay a foundation of knowledge and proficiency.


Youth entering general sports will have a grasp of weight ability, how to progress and when their mechanics need adjustments.  Injury mitigation is a benefit to learning strength training early on.

Weekly Sessions

At Fit & Well, we believe building strength is about more than muscles—it’s about creating lifelong wellness habits, confidence, and resilience. Our YES program is designed specifically for youth ages 9–19, offering 45–60 minutes of focused, guided training in a supportive, encouraging environment.

This small-group class prioritizes quality movement over quantity, ensuring every participant gets individualized attention and proper instruction. With class sizes intentionally kept small, our experienced coaches are able to guide each youth through safe, effective exercises while reinforcing correct form and movement patterns.

Meet Coach Tori

Hey! I’m Coach Tori Gordon, 

NASM Personal Trainer and Youth Strength Specialist at Fit & Well CSRA.

My journey started over two years ago training a competitive high school swimmer. Together, we crushed PRs and podium finishes, but more importantly, we worked through her burnout so she could keep loving the sport in college.

That joy, combined with years of coaching local youth softball and basketball teams, showed me a major gap in the industry. I saw so many kids who needed to master proper mechanics and range of motion before just 'playing hard.' That’s how this program moved from an idea to the classes we offer today.

At Fit & Well, we train the student, not just the sport.

Y.E.S. TRAINING
