The Forever Fit Membership is designed for adults who want more than just a workout — they want a program that supports long-term strength, mobility, and independence.
Members receive access to our Forever Fit strength training classes (Tues/Thurs at 10:30 AM) along with additional Forever Fit training sessions that may be scheduled periodically, giving you more opportunities to stay active and continue building strength throughout the week.
Your membership also includes Fit & Well Yoga sessions, providing guided mobility and flexibility training to support joint health, balance, and recovery.
At Fit & Well CSRA, we believe aging adults deserve high-quality coaching and individualized attention. During sessions, members receive hands-on guidance and support from experienced coaches, including modifications and assistance for injuries, physical limitations, or mobility concerns.
Forever Fit is open to all fitness levels. To ensure every participant trains safely and confidently, all new members will complete a brief intake and movement evaluation prior to joining the program.

Forever Fit is a Membership-based program that renews monthly and has a limited capacity. Your space is held as long as the membership is active. (Waitlisted individuals will be notified if openings become available. )

Molly is Forever Fit's Director of Programming. She has a vast experience in Physical Therapy for all populations and specialties in aging adults fitness.
The Forever Fit Class is not a "Group Fitness" Class so much as a Team "Personal Training" Session.
