All discovery meetings are complementary - call or meeting at the studio by appointment.
Personal Training Packages are available by single sessions, packs of 5, 10 and 20. 30 Min sessions are limited but available.
2-4 Clients can book packages together. Or group training sessions are available in packs of 5 - each client holds their own pack and must use them for the same session as their group members.
We work with individuals to create a framework that is suited for you... the whole person. Personal Training, Group Sessions and Nutrition Support can be packaged based on your own goals. Reach out for an in depth consultation and let us help you with your goals!
